§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCEI understand that the Commission has completed the assessment of practically all the British claims, and has decided upon the payment of a final dividend. In view of the number of claims it will take some time before the payments can be completed, but distribution of the dividend is being put in hand as quickly as possible.
