§ The PRIME MINISTERSeveral events have happened since 1924 which apply to a limited extent the principles of the Protocol. As indicated in statements by the Foreign Secretary and myself, His Majesty's Government are studying the new conditions for the furtherance of the cause of the pacific settlement of international disputes.
