§ Mr. G. HALLAs explained in the reply to the hon. Member's question on 8th July (OFFICIAL REPORT, Column 501), the recent discharges from Chatham Dockyard were due to a normal fluctuation of work in the dockyard. In the circumstances it is not possible to make any re-entries.
