§ Mr. W. GRAHAMLocal authorities, and, in some instances, harbour authorities, have powers under various Acts to regulate pleasure boats, which would include boats of the type mentioned. It is for these authorities to exercise their powers, where they consider it desirable and in many parts of the country this is being done.
