§ Mr. BENNThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. I understand that the Report of the Madras Provincial Committee, like a number of other Provincial Committees' Reports, has been forwarded to the Statutory Commission, which has already announced that it will give such Reports full consideration and will include them in the appendices to the Commission's own Report.
