§ Mr. BETTERTONNo, Sir; I am not aware that there is generally delay in bringing claims before the courts of referees or in making payment where benefit has been allowed, though, as the hon. Member is no doubt aware, the pressure of work on the courts under the Act of 1927 has been very heavy. If the hon. Member has any particular cases in mind, I should be glad to have details.
