§ Colonel ASHLEYI am informed by the railway company that they have, in conjunction with the police authorities, investigated the circumstances of the damage caused to signals on their system between London and Brighton and are taking action as regards the persons alleged to have caused the damage. The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative.
