§ Colonel ASHLEYThe scheme for the widening of the section of road referred to by my hon. Friend has been submitted to me by the Middlesex County Council, and the council have been informed that subject to approval of details, a grant of 50 per cent. will be made towards the total approved cost of the works and of the site value of the property needed for the improvement.
