§ Mr. BETTERTONWith regard to the first part of the question, I have no information as to the rates of pay or hours of labour in match factories in Estonia, but I have addressed an inquiry to the International Labour Office at Geneva, and will communicate further with my hon. Friend in due course The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative.
