§ Sir W. de FRECEasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury, in view of his statement on 4th July, 1928, that the question of providing ex-service men resident on the housing estate at Dundrum, County Dublin, with facilities for purchasing their own houses under paragraph 13 of the Irish Soldiers' and Sailors' Land Trust Amending Regulations of 1925 was under consideration, whether he is now in the position definitely to state the particulars of the 1978W scheme which has been drawn up, with a view to giving effect to this particular paragraph?
