§ Lord E. PERCYIt was in 1903 that the Board's Building Regulations first provided that new schools should have a supply of drinking water. As regards the latter part of the question, I may refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave yesterday to the hon. Member for West Rhondda (Mr. John), and of which I am sending him a copy.
