§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSAs the answer is in the form of a tabular statement, I will, with the hon. Member's permission, circulate it in the OFFICIAL REPORT, but I may add that the totals of all the ranks referred to were 719 and 919 respectively at the dates mentioned.
In July, 1914, the strength was 319 men and 343 horses, a difference of 97 men and 103 horses.
