§ Mr. CHURCHILLWhisky is not separately distinguished in the official statistics relating to home-made spirits. As regards the latter, I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to Tables 11, 15 and 16 in the 19th Report of the Commissioners of Customs and Excise (Command Paper No. 3172).
