§ Mr. LUNNIn accordance with a resolution of the recent Assembly of the League of Nations, the Secretary-General of the League has inquired of member and non-member States whether they would be willing to take part in such a conference. I have no information as to the nature of the replies sent to the Secretary-General by His Majesty's Governments in the Commonwealth of Australia and in the Union of South Africa beyond what has appeared in the Press.
