§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONA proposal for the widening of this section of the Great North Road has been approved in principle. My hon. Friend is advised that the Hertfordshire County Council are preparing the details of the scheme. The necessary land has already been acquired, and it is anticipated that the work will be commenced early in the new year.
