§ Mr. LEES-SMITHA temporary parcel office and seven additional motor-vans have been provided. Additional collections are being made and the delivery arrangements have been modified to meet the exceptional traffic. As in other parts of London, there was a delivery of letters and parcels yesterday. 32 temporary postmen have been engaged.
