§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONMy attention has been called to this matter. The Woolwich Borough Council have already widened the High Street on the west side of Barclay's Bank with the assistance of a grant from the Road Fund. My Department is now in communication with the council as to the extension of the improvement; it is understood negotiations are in progress for the acquisition of the necessary property.
