§ Mr. GREENWOODThe amount paid into the Pensions Account (England and Wales), established under Section 11 (1) of the Widows', Orphans' and Old Age Contributory Pensions Act, 1925, in respect of contributions by employers and employés was, during 1928,£20,918,000, of which it may be estimated that the employers' share was approximately£10,810,000 and the employés' share 10,108,000.
