§ Mr. P. SNOWDENNo guarantees have been given under the Trade Facilities Acts in respect of loans raised by the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company. As regards loans raised by subsidiary companies, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to the right hon. Member for Camborne (Mr. L. Jones) on 23rd July last, of which I am sending him a copy.
