§ Mr. W. GRAHAMOf the three leases held by Mr. S. Rosenberg at the date of his bankruptcy, that due to commence in September, 1931, was sold for £50, the money being paid to the Official Receiver for the benefit of the creditors. The other leases proved unsaleable and were disclaimed by the Official Receiver.
