§ Dr. SHIELSThe Report of the Tobago Sea Communications Committee, which was received in the Colonial Office on 2nd October, contains no estimate of the cost of the Committee's recommendations. As these involve, inter alia, the provision of either one or two steamers, it is obviously necessary that technical advice should be obtained. It is not yet possible to state when a decision is likely to be reached.
