§ Mr. HANNONasked the Postmaster-General whether he has taken into consideration the representations made to him on 26th July last by a delegation of the National Federation of Postal and Telegraph Clerks and Associated Grades, and which presented to him the claim of that body for official recognition by his Department; if he has arrived at a decision in this matter; and when will it be communicated to the federation?
