§ Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANSTerritorials when not embodied are governed by the Regulations for the Territorial Army. Under those Regulations, when not training in camp, they are not allowed to take part in or attend any political meetings or demonstrations in uniform. When training in camp they are forbidden to institute meetings or to institute or take part in demonstrations for party or political purposes in barracks, quarters, camps or their vicinity.
