§ Mr. BETTERTONpursuant to his reply [OFFICIAL REPORT, 22nd April, 1929; col. 620, Vol. 227] supplied the following information:
The following table gives for each of the years 1924 to 1928 the total number of new entrants into insurance, the average number of insured persons, including those unemployed, and the average number of insured persons in employment.
