asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether an order has been issued which allows the minutes and agenda of the Admiralty Industrial Council and the Shipbuilding Trades Joint Council to be issued to other than the parties to those councils?

and the corresponding figures for Plymouth?

The minutes and agenda of the Councils have not hitherto been regarded as private documents. At the request of the Trades Union side of the Councils, however, these documents will in future be considered as confidential and will be supplied to the members of the Councils only.
