FORESTIER-WALKERThe forestry operations at Hamsterley during the present financial year include fencing, draining, planting, and nursery work; 321 additional acres are being afforested this season; the average number employed in the current season will be approximately 16 as compared with 19 last season. Four forest workers' holdings are being created at this centre.
