§ Mr. CHURCHILLAs regards Great Britain, I would ask the hon. Member to await the return which has been moved for the right hon. Member for the Aston Division (Sir E. Cecil). I am afraid there are at present no adequate data for a detailed comparison with other countries, though there is no doubt that the amount per head of population is in general much smaller than in Great Britain.
