Mr. GUINNESSThe number of prosecutions instituted during the current yea: in respect of non-payment of minimum rates of wages is 89, and£1,884 has been awarded by the Courts in arrears of wages. Three prosecutions have also been instituted for refusal of information to an investigating officer.
