HC Deb 18 May 1928 vol 217 cc1410-2W
Mr. MALONE

asked the Minister of Transport whether there are any Regulations in force which prohibit the stowage in the same trucks of foodstuffs together with poisons such as arsenic?

Colonel ASHLEY

Under the railway companies' loading regulations poisonous chemicals, such as arsenic, and empties which have contained them, must not in any circumstances be loaded in the same truck with foodstuffs, unless placed in one of the special containers provided by some of the railway companies.
