Mr. GUINNESSNo statistics are available on which any reliable estimates can be framed of the actual average wages or total earnings of agricultural workers as distinct from the legal minimum rates of wages, but certain references to the matter are made in the Second Annual Report of Proceedings under the Agricultural Wages (Regulation) Act, a copy of which, together with the Third Report, I am sending to my hon. Friend.
