§ Mr. RYEasked the Minister of Health on how many occasions he has made an Order under Section 41 (1) of the Housing Act, 1925, or under the corresponding Section of former Housing Acts, in favour of persons whose land has been taken compulsorily in respect of an allowance for their reasonable costs, charges, and expenses, properly incurred by them in opposing the compulsory acquisition of their property?
