§ Mr. HACKINGThe total amount guaranteed under the Export Credits Guarantee Scheme from its inception in July, 1926, to 10th March, 1928, was approximately £1,639,000, which figure represents the Department's share of a total risk amounting to approximately £2,567,000. The liability outstanding on the latter date was £1,117,000. The total amount of premium received was £28,000. The ascertained losses were £6. The additional loss on guarantees matured to 10th March, 1928, is estimated at £6,800.
