§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMThe hon. Member is under a misapprehension. The same information in respect of the numbers of workmen is already given in Navy Estimates about the Home Dockyards as about the yards abroad. The description of the workmen employed is not given for either, as the numbers in the various categories vary from time to time.
