§ Mr. MOSLEYasked the Minister of Health whether he will consider the advisability of introducing a Clause in the Rent Restrictions Act making it an offence 320W for a landlord to refuse to let a house or rooms on the ground that the proposed tenant has children?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI do not think I can adopt the suggestion. It appears to me that such a Clause, even if desirable, would be out of place in a rent restrictions Measure.
