Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONYes, Sir. It is clear from the White Paper that until Anglo-Egyptian relations are modified by the establishment of an alliance, or otherwise, they will continue to be governed by His Majesty's Government's declaration of the 28th February, 1922.
