§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREThe question of expenses has not been raised, but I presume that those sending representatives will bear the cost. The expenses of the Governor's visit will be borne on Kenya funds and no question of any charge to this country will arise. As regards the representation of the Indians, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to my reply to the question asked yesterday by my hon. Friend the Member for the Sevenoaks division (Sir T. Bennett).
