§ Sir S. HOAREI have been asked to reply. Since the inception of the recent disturbances air operations have been carried out from day to day against the Akhwan marauders and have comprised not only bombing of raiding parties and similar objectives, but also reconnaissance or other action. Operations of this character cannot possibly be categorised into a specific number of bombing expeditions.
