§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONThe number of persons prosecuted during the twelve months ended the 31st January, 1928, for the use of wireless receiving apparatus without a licence was 1,046. Convictions were obtained in 1,043 cases and the remaining three cases were dismissed.
