asked the Minister of Labour the number of people in receipt of unemployment benefit at the Employment Exchanges at Acton, Middlesex and Shepherd's Bush at the last convenient date?

Statistics are not available regarding the number of insured persons actually in receipt of unemployment benefit, but the number of persons aged 16 to 64, inclusive, who had claims to benefit admitted or under consideration at 20th February, 1928, at the Acton Employment Exchange (including
