§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONThe Bearwood district of Smethwick is served by three sub-post offices. I am not satisfied that these facilities are inadequate for present requirements or that I should be justified in incurring the heavy expenditure which the provision of a branch post office would involve.
