§ Mr. TASKERasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware that the neglect formally to acknowledge the receipt of a claim for old age pension may lead to unnecessary anxiety to the claimant; and will he consider the advisability of acknowledging the receipt of the claim, as is the custom in other Government Departments?
