§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKS64 persons, concerned in 33 cases, were charged with indecency under the Hyde Park Regulations during the month of April, 1928. No statistics are kept of the number of cases in which the charges are supported by evidence of a particular type, but an examination of the charge sheet reveals that in only one case was the charge supported by evidence other than police evidence.
