Mr. SAMUELSection 2 of the Moneylenders Act, 1900, under which all moneylenders were required to register themselves at an office provided by the Commissioners of Inland Revenue, was repealed by the Moneylenders Act, 1927, as from 1st January, 1928. Moneylenders are not now required to be registered.
