Lieut.-Colonel STANLEYThe final award made in this ease was affirmed on appeal by the Pensions Appeal Tribunal and now constitutes a statutory settlement under the War Pensions Act, 1921. The case has been carefully considered in the light of representations made by the hon. Member, but there are no grounds which would warrant a grant of further compensation.
