asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will consider issuing a Return showing the composition of the various British delegations to the Assembly of the League of Nations since the creation of the League?

I take the opportunity of saying that I was mistaken in including substitute delegates as well as delegates in the answer given to the supplementary ques- tions of the hon. Member for West Leicester (Mr. Pethick-Lawrence) on the 9th instant, and expressing my regret for the mistake.
