The Interlocutor of the Court of Session is in these termsEdinburgh, 27th June, 1928. The Lords having considered the Note for the Appellants Neil Macdonald, Shepherd, Scarristaveg Harris, and Ewan MacLennan, Joiner, residing at Scarista, Harris, and heard Counsel, order ad interim the immediate liberation of the said Appellants presently incarcerated in the prison of Inverness, and grant Warrant to the Governor of said Prison accordingly. Dispense with the printing and boxing of the Note of Appeal Record and Interlocutors, and allow the same to be received in Typewritten form: Further extend the time for lodging the Note of Appeal Record and Interlocutors until the 11th day of July, 1928, and Decern.
