HC Deb 04 July 1928 vol 219 cc1389-90W
Sir H. BRITTAIN

asked the Minister of Health whether he has received representations from the London Insurance Committee suggesting amendments to the Regulations relating to the transfer of panel patients; if so, what is their nature; and what reply does he propose to make?

Sir K. WOOD

These representations, which relate to the conditions under which an insured person who proposes to transfer himself from the list of one insurance practitioner to that of another can obtain immediate treatment from the second practitioner, were received by my right hon. Friend yesterday, and he is therefore not yet in a position to reply to the last part of the question.
