§ Mr. AMERYYes, Sir. Repeated representations have been made to King Ibn Saud requesting His Majesty to do his utmost to punish the guilty tribesmen and prevent further raids. The result has hitherto been ineffectual. It appears that the marauding tribes are temporarily out of control.
