STEEL-MAITLANDIf a branch secretary receiving as such a net rate of remuneration exceding 3s. 4d. a day loses his main employment, he is ineligible for benefit under the statutory rule applying generally to subsidiary occupations; but, subject to this, he is entitled to benefit, provided, of course, that he is otherwise qualified.
