§ Mr. BETTERTONThe number and grades of officers employed at the Borough Employment Exchange on 10th December, 1928, were as follow:
to set aside a maximum sum as a reserve for Rumanian claims, and that such of these claims as may be approved will receive the same dividend as the approved claims of the other Allied nationals, subject to this maximum sum not being exceeded. The Inter-Allied Commission should accordingly be in a position to distribute the funds available for the British, French, Italian and Japanese claims as soon as the whole of these claims have been assessed, and there is no reason to anticipate that the accession of Rumania will entail additional delays in their payment.
